Ronald Atwater Jr., M.D.*
Ronald Atwater Jr., M.D., is a board-certified general surgeon trained to manage various surgical procedures from diagnosis through recovery.
After earning his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, he completed his residency training at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Atwater is robotically trained and performs surgical cases robotically whenever possible, allowing for smaller incisions and faster heal times.
His special interests include treating patients struggling with weight loss, hemorrhoids, hernias, and stomach, skin and thyroid conditions. Dr. Atwater also performs appendectomies, breast surgery, lymph node biopsies and gallbladder removal.

Jessica Mormando, D.O.*
Jessica Mormando, D.O., is a board-certified general surgeon trained to manage various surgical procedures from diagnosis through recovery.
Dr. Mormando earned a medical degree and completed her residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her minimally invasive surgery fellowship at the University of Texas.
Dr. Mormando specializes in bariatric and minimally invasive surgery and performs surgical cases robotically whenever possible, allowing for smaller incisions and faster healing times. She also treats acid reflux, hiatal and abdominal wall hernias, and colon and thyroid conditions.
